Holler If You Hear Me Nominated for GLAAD Media Award

Have you heard that BET received a GLAAD Media Award nomination for Clay Cane's "Holler If You Hear Me" Black and Gay in the Church.

Here is the direct link to watch the nominated doc:

Journalist Clay Cane explores homophobia in the black church with the groundbreaking documentary 'Holler If You Hear Me: Black and Gay in the Church.' Created and produced by Cane, his film debut puts the narrative in the hands of Black LGBT people who are torn between their faith and sexuality. Through emotional and deeply honest storytelling, Holler If You Hear Me boldly tackles the intersections of race, gender, sexuality and religion. Filmed in Atlanta, Georgia, where church and LGBT culture cross paths like nowhere else, Cane and unpack this controversial but important issue.  Holler If You Hear Me: Black and Gay in the Church humanizes the journeys of those who struggle between these worlds, proving we all deserve to be heard and loved.
